Our newest Bobcat

Last night was our cub scout Pack Blue & Gold Banquet. Tyler earned his Bobcat and was awarded it along with 3 other boys in our Pack. The theme for this year's Blue & Gold was Celebrating 100 years of Scouting and 80 years of Cub Scouting. We had birthday decorations everywhere and ate hot dogs, chips and salads with cupcakes for dessert. I put together a slide show of all the pictures that were taken during the 2009 year. We watched the slide show while everyone ate. It ended up being a fun night. We didn't get to the games we had planned because there were so many awards. So we will save it for another pack meeting.

Here is Tyler and Me after I had stamped Tyler's cheeks with the Cub Scout Paw print. This is our tradition for Bobcats. Tyler looks pretty happy about getting his paw prints.
It's fun having 2 boys in Cubs. We are looking forward to Pinewood Derby this next month. It will be Tyler's 1st and Jacob's last. We will definitely need Grandpa's help building cars this year!
